Welcome to our beautiful beachside condo, perfect for families seeking a relaxing getaway. This spacious condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering ample space and comfort for everyone. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, providing a tranquil retreat after a day of sun and fun. The second bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests, with a double bed and a single bed. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with all the essentials. The heart of the condo is the open-plan living area, where you'll find a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, perfect for lounging and enjoying family time. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. Step out onto your private balcony and be mesmerized by the breathtaking beach views. The condo is located on the third floor and does not have an elevator, please take this into consideration. Enjoy the convenience of amenities such as air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and free parking. The communal pool is perfect for cooling off, and the beach is just steps away. Getting around Cocoa Beach is a breeze! For those flying in, Orlando Melbourne International Airport (MLB) is the closest, about a 30-minute drive. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is a bit further, approximately a 1-hour drive. Free parking is available on the premises, so you can easily explore the area by car. Public transportation options are limited, so having a car is recommended for getting around. The condo's central location means you're close to everything Cocoa Beach has to offer, from the beach to local shops and restaurants.

Please take note of a few important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises; please park only in designated areas and register your vehicle to obtain a parking pass upon arrival. This condo is located on the third floor, and unfortunately, there is no elevator. Kindly be aware of this when making your booking. For the comfort of all guests, we kindly request that you observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. To help keep the condo clean and tidy, please store all trash inside the unit and dispose of it in the designated bins located in the parking lot. We also ask that you refrain from flushing any items other than toilet paper down the toilets and sinks to avoid any plumbing issues. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony; a cleaning fee will be applied if there is any evidence of smoking or vaping. Pets are welcome, but they must be 20lbs or less, and we kindly ask that you clean up after your pet. Finally, please avoid hanging any items over the balcony and keep blinds and shutters closed after dusk to help protect sea turtles.
