“The host was very accommodating when we checked in and saw that the apartment was not going to be big enough for us. They let us cancel the reservation with a full refund even though we were past the cancellation date. We really appreciated this. Although we did not stay in the apartment, we saw that it was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked with beach and pool equipment and the pool area was large and pleasant.”
