“We routinely stay at Cocoa Beach every year and this was easily the cleanest stay we have had! For once, there was no sand ANYWHERE. Even the beach chairs and toys were sand free. I was blown away. It had everything we needed during our stay and was very comfortable. No issues came up so I can’t speak to how well things would be resolved, but communication was always quick and clear. There was a weird request for an outside check-in document, but it didn’t seem to affect the check in process. All in all, it was a lovely place, steps from the beach and clean! Happy to recommend and stay again.”

“Unbeatable location! Both the beach and pool are visible from the back porch. The complex is family friendly and lovely. We love staying in this area and had a great time! The beds were probably the most comfortable of any airbnb we’ve stayed in ever. The washer and dryer are very small, so heads up if you plan on packing light. Everything we needed was there and the host is very responsive. We’ll be back :)”
